Have you ever outsourced any of your jobs?

I've outsourced one of my work only once. It was because I had a family emergency that was going to take me out of town. It's going to take a while before I get back. I had to give out the job because I will not be able to complete it even a month after deadline.

I have actually outsourced few jobs to 3rd party freelancers when I know it's not possible to do the job very well. It's better to take small percentage of the job's pay and get the best delivered to maintain your client.

I tried as much as I could to always complete any job that I collected by myself instead of having to outsource it to someone else. It is not in my character.

That's how it works. Taking your own percentage and allowing the best to do the work. The assurance is that the work will be like what you did by yourself.

Some people doesn't have the character to outsource jobs collected by them to someone else. One of the feeling is that the person given the work might not meet your expectations, the more reason to try and clear your tables when there's much work.

It depends on the number of job you are getting frequently that is going to determine if you can be able to finish all of them in time. This is because when the jobs are too much, you will have to give them out so that you can complete and deliver them when they are supposed to be delivered.

How did it work out? Sometimes it can be hard to trust third parties to carry out the tasks effectively.

A third party freelancers are the people you know, seen their work before and also have a bit of trust in them that they will do well. I can give my job to a random freelancer because I can't trust you.

It has to be that then. I cannot imagine giving out a job to someone I am not even sure will do it t well. My reputation is very important to me.
