These are also the paths one can be a master too. If you become an expert on how to make use of image format, compression, resolution and colour profile, nothing will ever stop you from being the best. I have knowledge about these ones and I have male use of them in designing.
It's never going to be in your best interest to learn things half way when it comes to graphics designing. It's possible to know more that's going to put you in a better advantage with any client's job you want to work on.
Everything that's worth to be learnt in graphics designing needs to be known. You can never say that it's too much to acquire knowledge on what you're involved in. It's why I don't leave out anything and make sure to learn all that's supposed to be learnt.
It's ever good to learn and learn more. Continue to learn as a Pro when it comes to designing. Trying different paths in design can give you an edge to whatever your clients need.
