There are two versions Pro and Debut. Moho Debut 14 is available for $ 59.99. It works on Windows and Mac.

Debut is for Beginners and Pro has more advanced features.

A very good software for animations. It's not quite cheap but I read that the features with it will benefit both the beginners and pro. I'm not into animation though.
