How do you keep in touch with your existing clients? Do you use any particular online service to do that?

I tend to use services such as Discord and Slack to keep in contact with clients as I feel they are the two best ways to be able to stay in contact and also receive contact from clients whether I am at my desk to away and have my phone with me.

WhatsApp is also another one I would consider using.

Slack and Discord seems to be famous in the US. There are places where WhatsApp works too.

We make use of WhatsApp and Facebook over here. If you are very good with Twitter, it's another means of keeping in touch with clients but I prefer WhatsApp to others.

I have most of my clients on Discord. I'm very happy that about 90% of them are using Discord which makes it very easy to keep in contact with them. I was using Telegram before going fully over to Discord.

I have Discord account but I don't have my clients there. I don't really fancy chatting on discord, another reason that I deleted the app and prefer chatting clients on WhatsApp.

I make more use of Discord because that is where most of my clients are. It is also very fast to get feedback from them on Discord than from any other app.

I've actually had clients that don't want to take out communication outside the platform where they contacted me from the services I have to render for them and I don't have any problem continue condensation with them on that platform. But if it is something that the client wants to take the communication outside those platform, I usually prefer taking them to discord.

Some clients are like that and would want to stick the communication at that particular place you had a previous conversation with them. It is necessary to look at the bigger picture which is doing your work and getting paid and not much about whether you communicate in a different platform.

Repeating old clients for new orders always feels so good. It's why I don't joke with any of my old business clients. I keep them very close with communication. I have them on WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord. They have access to seeing my status on jobs I design and post there.
