How do you determine your rates?

It can be a tough one for new freelancers to set their rates. These ones might be taken advantage of because they do not know their worth, so it is important for every freelancer to understand how to set their work rates.

How do you suggest this can be done?

The quality of what is required by the client whom I'm working for is what I look at when determining the rate I'm going to ask for the job. If it's an easy job, my rate wouldn't be higher.

I think that is just the concept of design work. The harder it is to get done the more the rates come out to be.

I believe freelancers should look at their skill level, project complexity, and industry standards before setting prices. Knowing your worth helps avoid being underpaid for quality work.
