Bad reviews is never good for any kind of business. It's a big discouragement to any new potential client who's interested in your services.

Have you tried closing a job deal with a client but they declined telling you it's because of a bad review they find in your service reports?

Yeah bad review is like a bad tire, it has a negative impact on the car usage. I have had one which in all honesty wasn't my fault. But it really wasn't a good look for me as I was losing out on some good gigs.

It is a lesson we all pick from this job because someone can always make a mistake and if it is a costly one, you're going to have to suffer the consequences. I also had a similar experience as well but it never bothered me too much.

Some people are crazy. They might only want to annoy you by coming to ask but after tell you they are not interested because you have a bad review. Some human beings will stain your white.

But there are times when it is beyond your power. You can do everything right and they will still leave you a bad review because you missed a few details. Some humans are insatiable.

None of them have contact me to say they won't be needing my services as a result of my bad review.

Well most of these clients will not exactly tell you so you won’t know. But a few will tell you that why is there such review and they will not go further because of that review.

Everything depends on the number of bad reviews that you have. If 98% of your reviews are positive with only 2% negative, I don't think any reasonable client will refuse to work with you because of it.

I love to put my all whenever I am working in order not to be given a thumbs down. I Bad review will give you an edge to prove yourself to your clients always. While some clients understand that you are trying to be better, some won't allow you do the work for them.
