Have you ever received bad reviews for your job?

When you work for a client who's going to give you a bad review after the job, there's a chance you will know from how the deal agreement is going to be reached. I've had a few of them given me a bad review.

It’s not possible to know all of them from the onset of the deal. There are some that are just hard to please no matter what you do. So how did you handle the bad review?

Yes, I didn't feel too bad about it. I only need the bad reviews to improve more and that's what I keep doing. I will make sure to give you what you requested but it doesn't mean I can't make mistakes.

Feeling too bad about bad reviews isn't really a bad thing. It means that you disappointed in what you did but the most important thing is not to allow your feelings to make you not do well by that same job when you get it next time.

You are actually approaching this the right way. When you look at the criticism as a way to get better that means you have won in the end.

I understand exactly what you mean. There are some clients that are going to be very inconsiderate in trying to agree on a project for you to work on. Such clients are always troublesome in the end.

Feeling bad isn't a bad thing, I get it. But feeling too bad means you will wallow in regret while you did a bad job which will not help you at all to progress.

Every man that's serious with their jobs need to feel bad if they did a not so good ones.

There's a very big point in what you mention and I consider it very well. I'm very optimistic with jobs which is why I don't look at my lost clientele but always look forward to new ones.

That's correct. When you start feeling pain that you lost one maybe because of the money the person will give you not knowing that the future clients can bring more better deal.

The way you got those clients, you can still work to get other ones. So one can always be positive as long as you do a very good job.

Yes of course, I've received negative reviews on some of the job I worked on about six years ago. Some of those jobs was from postloop if I remember well. You can't please all people is what I know now.

Yes that’s indeed not possible. You just have to accept the ones that acknowledge your work and move on.
