Have you ever received bad reviews for your job?

A happy client will always be very eager to write good reviews for the which you have done for them as a graphics designer. The same thing goes for a client who's not happy or satisfied with what you did for them. They will give you a bad review and poor/low rating.

Have you ever received bad reviews for your job? How did the review affect your service?
 
The only thing I have ever gotten and it didn't repeat itself was a low rating. He wasn't satisfied with my colour combinations, it was my practice era then.

Since that happened, I started trying all my best to learn and learn more on colour combinations.

This sort of thing happens every time even to the pros in the business. It's a very common thing which is why I don't bother with it too especially when I know that I did my best on the job.

I haven't received any bad reviews since I went fully professional with the jobs I do as a graphics designer.

That's a good way to motivate oneself. I don't blame and I can never relent on the bad things that I didn't do well rather I learn from them and do better.

It's why making sure that I have all the details gone through over and over again with my client just to make sure I'm not leaving out anything when I'm working. This have saved me 96% of the time with always getting a positive review.

You are doing well and quite concerned to get all the details in order not to make mistakes. If you are too careful, there's no way you will get a bad review on the job done.
 
I can't say that I have ever received a bad review from a client. I have always been someone who will show the client the finished project but will ask for feedback on anything they are not happy with and wish to see changed. Usually, they give me some feedback and I work on the finished project to get it to their liking and they are very happy with it.
 
What I have received is feedback. Getting the feedback helps me to understand better what I need to know and where I should do the finishing touches. This is what has helped me become better.
 
Customers will always behave like customers. They are never 100% satisfied all the time. There will be a day when they will be on your neck for what doesn't make any sense and you have to managed it properly. Be positive in your response and deal with the review.

This is something I have always had in mind whenever I'm working on any jobs for my clients. I try as much as possible to get all the details for the job in order to give them exactly what I was asked of.
 
I've received about three negative reviews about the job that I delivered for some of my clients. I did my possible best to correct whatever they never liked about the job. We are still in good terms and they still order for my services.
 
I haven't received a bad review yet but I have received no reviews after doing a job which is also a kind of review itself. When someone you worked for had nothing so say about the work, I don't think they are very much impressed.
 
The longer you have worked as a graphic designer, the more chances of getting a bad review. This is because it's not possible for you to please all human beings at all times. I've had my own fair share of getting bad reviews.
 
Yes, I've received a bad review for one of the jobs I worked on. The fault was mine because of miscommunication. I didn't understand exactly what the client wanted and did the wrong thing.

Bad reviews are in every job and business we engage in, it is inevitable. The main point is just to pay attention to the point in the review and work on improving it.

Working on improving is the main thing. Not every client is going to be impressed by your work, but finding a balance on getting better is the major thing.
 
I've never been indifferent when I receive a bad review for my job. This only means that I need to improve in whatever I've delivered to my client so that I will always be patronized by them.
 
I've got some bad reviews for some jobs, but I always appreciated whoever sent the order and figured out how to appease their mind at the end of the day. It is what I have always done, and it has worked well for me.

I am always eager to please my customers due to the satisfaction I get when they are pleased. I got a bad review on a job couple months ago but I didn't allow it to get to me, I worked towards it to become better.
