I know about OpenToonz and Pencil2D because of how effective they are. I learnt about them when I am still trying to learn about animation which I didn't go further.

Animaker is a very good resource to use, but there is not much you can do with the free version. So to get the most out of it you would need to make a payment.

Blender is going to be my favourite. It's free and open‐source and also available on cross‐platform like Windows/macOS/Linux. It supports motion tracking, composting and sequence editing.

Animaker is a very good resource to use, but there is not much you can do with the free version. So to get the most out of it you would need to make a payment.

If you want to work in certain areas or aspect of graphics designing, you have to upgrade to paid tools because that's the only way to have access to the features capable of doing the work.
