For every student to grow and become better designers, they should have someone that can critique their designs and give them honest feedbacks on where they can improve.
This will help them hone their skills and they will learn from their mistakes.

Do you have someone that constantly gives you the feedback you need?

Honestly, I don't have someone who gives me an individual feedback on most of the graphic design works I take on. I work directly with my clients and they are the ones who give me feedback on the job I've delivered for them. When there is any need for me to adjust something, I will hear it from them.

It was when I was designing as a hobby that I post on my social media for my friends and followers to give me feedback on my designs. Now, it's my clients that gives me feedbacks on jobs they paid for.

I don't design jobs and keep for personal praise or ridicule. It's only when my clients pay for jobs that I work on projects. They are the best ones to give me feedback.

It is also a plus if you have someone who can give you feedback on what you've done aside from what the clients say. There are some clients who won't bother to let you know about how they feel about your job.
