How good are you at turning your designs into money? I have seen wonderful artists who are very bad when it comes to generating revenue. Are you successful in that aspect?

I am still building my capacity to be able to turn designing into money. It hasn't been easy, but it is something that I am glad that I am working on.

With AI around, a lot of designing is consumed that way. Most AI engines train themselves on art work by regular graphics artists.

The honest truth is that when it comes to being able to sell your graphic design skills, it is always very difficult because it is a very competitive market. If you are not very good at what you are doing, it is going to be very difficult for you to sell such services. A lot of designer's are on Fiverr trying to sell their services but it's not all of them are being successful.

True, these days everyone is jumping into graphics design. AI tools made it even easier.

Yes it will be hard when you are trying to do everything at once. There is a saying that a jack all trades is a master or none. Just pick a sub niche and stick to it.

The only designs I did for free was during the time I was learning to perfect the skills. The moment I have perfected the skill, I started selling my services online and get paid for whenever I do any job.

How am I going to pay bills assuming I continued running designs for free? That doesn't make sense and I can say that you did the right thing at that time.

It is practically because of the possibility of being able to make money as a graphic designer that I had to learn the skill. I am not doing this for free or for fun.
