Yes the more you work firsthand on different projects the more you will understand the skill better. You should work on your own personal projects as well.

Teaching is very difficult when someone doesn't want to learn. It's the biggest challenge I have with trying to take on new students to train them in graphic designing.

Yes of course, I will definitely consider taking trainees and that's because a bother person took me under his wing to teach me. Skills are meant to be taught.

I do that often. It helped me to understand what I've been taught so easily and better. Working on my personal projects have been going well too.

At a point, professional graphic designers take on students to train them in exchange for payment. So apart from the design gigs they get, they make money from the tutorial sessions.

Each and everyone of us have been trained in one way or another directly on directly. I don't have any problem doing the same service for other people who wants to learn from me.

Teaching is not only difficult but it is also time consuming. You would have to allocate a great percentage of your time to prepare the teaching materials and also teach it. That is why many run from it.

I wish it's possible for me too have the patience when it comes to teaching but unfortunately I don't. This is the reason why I know it's practically impossible for me to teach anyone how to become a graphic designer.

Impacting knowledge is very hard. If you haven't worked as a teacher in school, it's going to be hard for you to understand this. I can take on trainees on graphic design but I know it won't be an easy task
