How do you deal with an aggressive client?

Be patient yet firm with them. It does wonders if they know that you will always maintain your stand and can walk away anytime.

This is funny. There are some clients that will see your patience and calmness as an opportunity to be more aggressive. This method rarely works.

More like different strokes for different folks. Some clients will see our patience as a sign of weakness to exploit, while others might be impressed that we're cool, calm and collected. You never can tell which one you'd see from the clients.

I don't give any quarter to any client who's aggressive. Everything is boldy written in my service. I can discuss some custom order to fit the budget of my client but I will not accept any form aggressiveness or insult.

Well as it was said before, it is not possible to please everyone. There are some clients that you have to do away with them after some time of working with them. Do not stay where you are not appreciated.
