SVG animation

Do you have tools that do SVG animation? One that does not belong to the Adobe family? Is it a paid one?

SVGator is the only tool that I have worked with which was very good for SVG animation that doesn't belong to the Adobe family. The reason why I love it so much was because of how user friendly the program was. There's a free and paid plan for SVGator but I used only the free plan.

I am glad I found another SVGator user. I have used SVGator and feel that they are one of the best in their category for SVG animations.
