How do you deal with negative feedbacks?

We all want to get feedbacks from our work, but most times we tend to shift towards the positive ones. So when we get negative feedbacks we do not know how to handle them.

How do think negative feedbacks can help in design works?
 
If I only get positive feedbacks from my works, I will even start to worry clients are not being totally honest. I want to have something that I can get better on, and it's from the feedbacks I will know.
 
Well first of all, I will view the feedback as an opportunity to grow and improve my skills. If I do not get negative ones then I may not know what I can do to get better. So I appreciate it a lot.
 
Negative feedbacks are there to help us to improve and do more better. I have gotten some negative feedbacks but it didn't break me rather I make sure to work on those areas and it has proven to help me a lot.
 
I find a way to learn from every feedback I receive, whether positive or negative. So I appreciate everyone I receive as it is an avenue for growth.

This is exactly the right approach to have towards those kinds of feedbacks. No business is 100% perfect, so when you get those kids of response you should know how to make use of them to improve.
 
If you're getting a negative feedback, it means you're doing something wrong and if you don't correct that as quickly as possible, you are going to lose the client permanently with so many more to follow after reading the bad or negative reviews. Attend to the negative review as quickly as possible and pulls off or out the client from the public page where the review was made and handle it privately.

Good point. Negative reviews just means that you should work on certain aspects of your job, so you should even be thankful for getting them. But if you leave the complaints unattended, you will surely lose clients.
 
A lot of clients that I have worked for are actually very honest whenever I have delivered their jobs. So, whenever they give a negative feedback, I know that there is something wrong with what I have done for them and I will try my best to correct it. This is to make sure that I have a very good relationship with them.

You're right. This means that your clients are not trying to make you improve on your work. If you don't improve, it will give your competitors the chance to overtake you with offering what's better than your own.
 
I've dealt with about three different negative feedbacks since I started working as a graphic designer. I managed to handle all of them in a positive way which still brought the clients back to patronize my services.

It trust, it’s not possible to to satisfy everyone. Just continue to give it your best shot shot regardless. You will find your own good clients.
 
Getting negative reviews is part of the job. It can only make you get better. It's wrong for some graphic designers to think getting negative review is bad because if you're not getting them, you will never break your boundaries.
