Have you tried Adobe Dreamweaver? It helps you build websites real easy.

It is not cheap though. It is from the Photoshop family and have gained many fans over years.

In the past, I used Homesite as a cost-effective alternative to Dreamweaver when both were owned by Macromedia. However, after Adobe acquired Macromedia and enhanced Dreamweaver, I made the switch. While I occasionally use Notepad for quick edits, Dreamweaver is my preferred tool for large-scale website projects due to its comprehensive features and improved functionality.

Homesite was discontinued on 26 th May 2009, according to Wikipedia. There was also BlueGriffon, it got discontinued too. Another alternative BlueFish is stil around.
