How do you deal with negative feedbacks?
I personally believe that negative feedbacks should be used as an avenue to grow. If one looks closely at some negative feedbacks, there might be some elements of truth in them. Why don't you work on them, so as to deliver better services next time?- Big Jon

Full screen or narrow screen
TYou can choose the body size of your theme as narrow or wide as you need.
