Ye I think this issue usually comes when the designers were not well paid for their job. So they get angry when they see how their work is being used professionally. My take is to not accept payment that you will regret later.

It’s very simple, listen to them and do the necessary changes and corrections. In my secular job I do not argue with my boss on how a job should be done, I do what I am told to do.

Customer satisfaction has always been my concern and the motto I live by. Even if I think a project is not right the way the client wants it, I will still go ahead and satisfy them. I am being paid to do what they want, I wouldn’t want to argue with them.

Good point. Negative reviews just means that you should work on certain aspects of your job, so you should even be thankful for getting them. But if you leave the complaints unattended, you will surely lose clients.
