I won't call any tool used for graphic design the worst because that I dislike it doesn't mean another person will also dislike it like I do. Just go for whatever tool you find comfortable to work with.

Adobe Photoshop has great tools than other software made for designing. Canva is also very good but it can't be used to compare to Photoshop. Photoshop is the king and none is ready to match the energy unless there's another software that can offer more than that.
