What is your one big wish as a freelancer? What would you like to change so that your graphics freelancing will be better than what it is now?
 
I would wish for all those sellers to leave the market pool because they are making it hard to get a pay for job done. They are short selling services that should be sold higher.
 
That is a valid concern. Some of them do undersell a lot. There are many reasons, the main one is high competition. Recently, everyone with a computer is doing graphics freelancing.

It is no sin, but some of them do not respect the rules of trade.

The problem I have with them is that they are not in it for a long time because if they were, it wouldn't be a problem. But when they come and short sell the service and buyers will now believe that this is how it's sold, they will suddenly disappear from the market, making it difficult for you to even convince buyers to buy it at your own rate because they have been sold the same service at a very cheap rate.
 
I agree. They are setting new standards through flash sales. They come, they make some money and vanish from the scene causing a permanent dent.

Once there is blood in the water, things go nasty.
 
I only wish it is only the professionals who knows exactly what they're doing as freelancers that are in the pool of the market because they are the ones that understands how the market works.
